This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of businesses including (but not limited to) 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541519. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking both manufacturers and/or distributors of the exact match or functionally equivalent equipment/ services to the following listed above. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) A. GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Radimetrics Dose and Exposure Injector Upgrade Scope of Work: Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) has requested a quote for Radimetrics Dose Tracking Upgrade for CT injectors. Vendor shall provide one (1) software and hardware needed to upgrade CT injectors as well as any training needed. The vendor shall provide any set up and training of staff on equipment. The Government is responsible to provide time and area for training on equipment. Installation Period: Within 30 days after contract award or terms as agreed with the Contracting Officer Representative. A. CONTRACT AWARD The contractor shall be notified by CO of award. CO will conduct a kick off meeting or advise the contractor that a kick off meeting is waived. C. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS One (1) software and hardware needed to upgrade CT injectors as well as any training needed. D. SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERABLES Period of Performance is within fifteen (30) days after contract award or terms as agreed with the Contracting Officer Representative. E. CHANGES TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK Any changes will be negotiated with the Contracting Officer at CTVHCS NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
