- Intent to Sole Source AutoCAD Drawing Software Updates and Service. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award for one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one (1) year options to renew, to Coley & Associates, Inc. 140 Heimer Road, Suite 400, San Antonio, TX 78232 A sole source procurement will be issued to Coley & Associates, Inc. because they are the only vendor capable of fully performing the service. Due to the proprietary & specialized nature of the work it must be conducted by personnel with a high level of training & qualifications. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code is 541611 and has a size standard of $15.0 Million for this procurement. SCOPE OF WORK: The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a significant need for software license support & services for the AutoCAD drawing system. The Contractor shall provide services to install all factory recommended software updates. All software shall be provided to the VA. Annual Maintenance shall be provided during the contract period. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 12:00pm CST, May 30, 2019 to: Karen.Williams13@va.gov Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
