Description

The Superintendent of Gateway National Recreation Area announces the intent to issue in-park Commercial Use Authorizations (CUAs) in accordance with Public Law 105-391 Section 418. The CUAs will authorize mobile food and beverage operations at the Jamaica Bay and Staten Island Units of Gateway National Recreation Area (Park) for/at selected NPS events and/or seasonal or shorter duration as determined by NPS. NPS will provide Selected Applicants with email notification of the need for service and the time and place of the event and will select from the pool of CUA Holders on a first come-first served basis. NPS reserves the right to revise or limit opportunities for mobile food and beverage service and to determine whether mobile food and beverage service is appropriate at any location, date, or time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
