Description
This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210 (Software Publishers) and the small business size standard is $38.5M. The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital is seeking to procure a Multi-Modality Image Software and Server (MIM Software, Inc. MIM Maestro Brand Name or Equal). The Government is requesting that Other Than Small Businesses and Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified VOSB or SDVOSB sources respond if it can provide the products and services according to the Products and Services and Statement of Work sections below on a Brand Name or Equal basis (MIM Software, Inc.). Interested Other Than Small Businesses and Small Businesses including VIP-Verified VOSBs and SDVOSBs are required to submit an e-mail delineating: Qualifications, capabilities, and experience for providing this product; Business size/Socioeconomic status; If the product is on the Federal Supply Schedule or the Open Market; and Memo or correspondence which authorizes distributor to distribute the manufacturer s products (if applicable). This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation currently exists. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital 2500 Overlook Terrace Madison, WI 53705 STATEMENT OF WORK Contract Title. Multi-Modality Image Software and Server (MIM Software, Inc. MIM Maestro Brand Name or Equal). Background. The William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital will open a new Cancer Treatment Center (CTC). There is a need for a software package that will allow custom workflow and reports that will automatically generate documentation from patient data. Scope. The work will be done at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in the new Cancer Treatment Center (location of server TBD). The Contractor will supply the software, software server, and storage hardware. The price will include freight and installation. Specific Tasks. The contractor is responsible for delivering the equipment to the facility, unpacking the equipment on site, and removing all packing materials from the facility. The contractor is responsible for set-up and installation of the software, server, and storage hardware. The contractor will contact Biomedical Engineering Service Chief (or designee) to schedule installation. The contractor will complete the delivery, set-up, installation, and training within 5 days of scheduled date. Description of the item that needs to be delivered is as follows: MIM Maestro Department Solution, 1/each DELL(R) Server and storage hardware with MIMpacs software integration, 1/each. MIM Installation (one day, up to 10 hours/day) of MIM software installation, DICOM/network connectivity and/or application training, 3/each. Performance Monitoring. The POC will be notified by the Contractor once the equipment/software is installed and they have ensured that the unit is working appropriately. The facility POC will monitor performance and certify that the work has been done in accordance with the contract. Security Requirements. N/A. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI). The contractor is required to furnish all tools and equipment to set-up/install this equipment/software.
