Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for the provision of Radio-Pharmacy Supplies for the inmate population located at the Federal Correctional Complex located in Butner, North Carolina. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325412 (Size Standard: 750 Employees. The contractor shall provide delivery and pick-up of PET CT Scan Radioactive Isotopes to Federal Medical Center (FMC), Butner, North Carolina. Radiopharmaceutical orders include the following: (1) FDG Isotopes for PET Scan: 320 EA, (2) FDG-18 Isotopes for PET Scan Calibration: 5 EA, (3) Overages Dosages greater than 15 MCI: 132 EA, (4) Axumin Dosage: 4 /12 EA, (5) Delivery Charge: 4 /12 EA. **All radiopharmaceuticals will be delivered to Nuclear Medicine Radiology, Federal Medical Center, Butner, North Carolina. The vendor's warehouse, shipping location, must be located within 2 hours of FMC Butner, NC.** All deliveries shall be delivered by 7:00 AM Monday thru Friday in the designated delivery location. Delivery of radiopharmaceuticals during routine hours of operation (8 AM thru 4:30 PM) Monday thru Friday will be made directly to Nuclear Medicine Service. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for more details. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base period from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 with four 12-month option periods for renewal. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about May 17, 2019, and will be distributed solely through Federal Business Opportunities. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The response date for the market survey is June 14, 2019. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted.
