The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Arlington Delineated Area: Starting at intersection of I-495 and George Washington Memorial Parkway, south on George Washington Memorial Parkway to Collingwood Road, west on Collingwood Road to Parkers Lane to Route 626, west on Route 626 to Route 1/Richmond Highway, north on Route 1/Richmond Highway to Route 633, west on Route 633 to Route 611, south on Route 611 to Hayfield Road, west on Hayfield Road to Route 289, west on Route 289 to Route 638, north on Route 638 to Route 620/Braddock Road, east on Route 620/Braddock Road to I-495, north and west on I-495 to the George Washington Memorial Parkway, east and south on the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Approximate Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,774 Maximum Sq. Ft.
