- This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24219R0104 Decorative Art Painting of the Stairwells for the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, NY. 10468. This is a Small Business (SB) set aside procurement and will be conducted in accordance with Public Law 109-461. All offerors must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) under NAICS code 238320, Duns & Bradstreet (www.DNB.com). For contractors claiming Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) status must be verified/visible/certified in VIP Vetbiz (www.vetbiz.gov) at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement. Offerors must submit their annual Vets-4212 Report. Magnitude of Construction: Less than $25,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238320. Completion Time: 120 days from the notice-to-proceed date. Scope of Work: JJP Bronx VAMC is seeking the services of, preferable a local mural artist, to complete a mural painting project in the stairways of the hospital. Furnish services to include management, labor, equipment and all material to complete the decorative art painting project. Contractor shall be able to create detailed illustrations outlining artistic vision for the project - to include murals depicting Bronx landmarks with a wellness and nature theme on each of the stairway landings and the stairway walls leading up to the landings, as appropriate. Contractor shall be able to paint the murals according to the plan. Project Completions: 120 Calendar Days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on www.fbo.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about 05/22/2019. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and if claiming VOSB or SDVOSB status must be registered and verified in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
