- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole source, Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0003 with Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc. (KUAS), 5381 Raley BLVD, Sacramento CA, 95838 for the procurement of Spares for the BQM-177A Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) and will have a delivery date up to 36 months. This procurement is anticipated to include the following base and option: NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-FEB-2019).
