- Trusted Internet Connections (TIC) - Gateway Storage Infrastructure (GSI) Refresh This is a request for information (RFI) only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires the renewal of HyTrust CloudControl and HyTrust DataControl maintenance and support for the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC)-Gateway Storage Infrastructure (GSI). VA is seeking to identify authorized resellers of the following maintenance and support: PART # Description HTCC-ASMNS HyTrust CloudControl 3.6 (and later)- Annual Maintenance and Support for CPU Sockets (8/1/2019 to 7/31/2020) HTDC-AVMNS HyTrust DataControl - Annual Maintenance & Support for VMs (8/1/2019 to 7/31/2020) HyTrust CloudControl shall provide the following key capabilities: a. Complete Virtual Stack Protection b. Instant policy-based protection for the hypervisor, VM, and data c. Continuous monitoring of hypervisor and VM for security and compliance d. One-click security and compliance remediation on vulnerable VMs Visibility and Control e. Complete visibility of the entire security state, configurations, administrator actions, and compliance for all VMs running in virtualized, private or Software-Defined Data Centers (SDDC) f. Boundary Control g. Prevent VM s from being moved from a designated host or onto a host that does not have acceptable security policy h. Enforce data policy based on software tags or using Intel TXT HyTrust DataControl shall provide the following key capabilities: a. Secure virtual machine data in any public, hybrid or private cloud from the moment it s created, wherever it goes. b. Migrate virtual machines from private to public cloud securely c. Decommission from a cloud provider without leaving legible data behind d. Data at rest encryption e. Control encryption keys yourself, on premises or in the cloud f. NIST-approved, zero-downtime AES 256-bit encryption protects data at rest g. Online Encryption and Dynamic Re-key h. Multi-tenant access control Also, please indicate your company s socio-economic size status for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 (e.g. Large Business, Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, Disadvantaged Small Business, and Hub-Zone Small Business). If Service-Disabled or Veteran Owned Small Business, is your company certified in VA s Vendor Information Pages (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) repository. Please provide existing GSA schedule and/or GWAC contract information in which you are a contract holder that can be utilized to procure these maintenance and support services. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation for Bid, Request for Task Execution Plan, Request for Quotation or a Request for Proposal. Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy and Performance Work Statement. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. Responses are due by 1:00PM EST, Monday, May 20, 2019.
