Description: The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to have approximately 100** monitoring stations within the Pocket planning area surveyed for Northern Spotted Owl. The protocol requires six survey visits to each station in two consecutive years and within a two-year time frame (see Schedule of Items Table on page 1). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
