Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912SV-19-R-0012. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 January 2017. This is a full and open acquisition with the associated NAICS code of 721214 with a size standard of $7,500,000. This synopsis and solicitation is for a base year plus 4 option year contract for a Child and Youth Program that consists of two separate weeks of 5 day, 4 night overnight co-ed adventure camp in Massachusetts. The contractor shall adhere to the additional requirements in the attached performance work statement. The following provisions are incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.204-7, FAR 52.204-10, FAR 52.204-23, FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.222-41, FAR 52.222-50, FAR 52.232-39, FAR 52.246-4, DFARS 252.232-7003, DFARS 252.232-7006,DFARS 252.204-7003, DFARS 252.204-7006. FAR 52.217-9 is incorporated in full: (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 60 DAYS; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
