- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N0018919Q0252. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-98 and DFARS Publication Notice 20180601. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 336413 and the Small Business Standard is 1250 employees. The proposed contract action is for Camera Junction Box. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a Camera Junction Box in support of the USS GERALD FORD: ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 1 EACH $ Camera Junction Box Part# 628510. FFP FOB: Destination NET AMT $ Delivery is 24 Weeks ARO. Delivery will be FOB Destination Norfolk, VA applies. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. This announcement will close May 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM (EST). Submit all quotes to Charles Bell via email to charles.d.bell2@navy.mil. (DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES VIA NECO). A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Procedures in FAR 13.106 are applicable to this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government.
