- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region intends to award on a sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to GE Digital LLC,2623 Camino Ramon, San Ramon, CA 94583-9130 for a period of May 30, 2019 through June 15, 2020. The requirement is provide repair and support on SCADA iFIX software for the Yuma Area Office and Hoover Dam Office. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, upgrades and updates, necessary to troubleshoot the iFIX software for the Government-owned SCADA systems, located at Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office in Yuma, AZ and Hoover Dam Office in Boulder City, Nevada. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 and 13. This procurement will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 and the size standard is $27.5 million. This is not a request for competitive quotes, and a Request for Quote will not be issued. Responsible sources may identify their interests and or provide a capability statement as a response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by no later than May 14, 2019 by 4:00 p.m. PST. Responses received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. ALL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF QUOTE SUBMISSION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE FEDERAL ACQUISTION REGULATION (FAR) THAT PREVIOUSLY ONLY REQUIRED SAM REGISTRATION AT TIME OF AWARD. Lack of registration in the SAM database may make an offeror ineligible for award.
