Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter a FAR Part 12 new Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with General Electric Company (GE), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), for the procurement of spare engines, engine components (repairable and consumables), engine logistics and engineering technical support to include all elements of logistics in support of the VH-92A Program. Specific performance requirements include, but are not limited to, engineering analysis and support, program management, fleet service representative technical support, logistics services and support, development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), engine technical directives and bulletins support, configuration changes, software, technical and logistics data, engine supply support, engine support equipment, maintenance manuals support, engine training support, engine test cell support and component test support. The ordering period is anticipated to be a five (5) year period of performance.
