Description

Solicitation N0042119Q0316 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis Glenair Inc. for assemblies that are required for the AN/SRQ-4 Radio Terminal Set, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). Glenair retains exclusive rights in its intellectual property disclosed or developed. Glenair assemblies are the only vendor that makes these cables. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
