Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Hydroid Inc., 1 Henry Dr., Pocasset, MA 02559 for one (1) each P/N 168660 BMS Cable Kit and one (1) each P/N 95-331 BMS Transport Case. the estimated value of this effort is approximately $137,412.00. This acquisition is unsuitable for full and open competition for the following reasons; the items being purchased are Hydroid developed products specifically designed for use with the Hydroid Bathymetric Mapping System (BMS). Hydroid makes the product which is proprietary and is the intellectual property of Hydroid. Delivery will be 7 months after award of the order. FOB Destination to the Receiving Officer, Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC) 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407. NAICS Code 334511 applies. Small Business Size standard 1,250 employees.
