Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for Private Land Mobile Radio System services with contractors whom have specified access to dedicated phone line services in various locations within the continental U.S. (any other places that need to be stated). This is a class determination for the required services. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The services as described in this notice will be utilized until such time that all services are completed. Awards will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13. Awardees must be registered in Systems Award management (SAM) database for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The NAICS code is (531190), "Lessors of Other Real Estate Property".
