- Sources Sought Synopsis: Patient Monitoring Telemetry System The Government is seeking possible sources for the following: Minimum Requirement: The 88th Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, requires a hospital-wide patient monitoring system. Contractor shall be able to provide: all equipment, mounting components, interface components, infrastructure components, and materials, installation, and training and support (to include onsite BMET training) necessary to operate the system and engineering. The equipment must currently hold a valid Authority to Operate (ATO), and be Wi-Fi capable. Contractor must provide software and hardware upgrades required for functionality of installed equipment and for RMF (Risk Management Framework) on the DOD cyber network during the life expectancy of 7-10 years. See attached SOW for further details. Period of Performance: Installation and training will be phased, starting as soon as 16 weeks after contract award, with expected completion no later than 24 weeks after contract award, or approximately 180 days.
