- Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to GE Infrastructure Sensing, LLC for repair and calibration of GE OPTICA instruments. GE Infrastructure Sensing, LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with proprietary software and is Navy approved to conduct calibration. GE Infrastrcture Sensing, LLC has been found to be the only vendor that has performed this particular repair and is able to meet PHNSY's requirement using the appropriate procedures. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
