Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command (ACC) - New Jersey (NJ) located at Fort Dix. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. ACC-NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of satisfying the subject requirement for the purchase of Encase Forensic Software Licenses and maintenance support under the direction of the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (USACIDC). The contractor shall provide a site license which allows one hundred twenty (120) Digital Forensic Examiners (DFEs) and Cyber Crime Investigators (CCIs) to use multiple copies of Encase Forensic Software with technical maintenance and support to meet the specifications set forth in section 3 of this Statement of Work. EnCase Forensic V8 or most current version Standard Site License with a one (1) year term for use by one hundred twenty (120) DFEs and CCIs will be provided to Headquarters, United States Army, Criminal Investigation Command. The site license will renew the service and maintenance support (SMS) for all of the CodeMeters under the current site license. The contractor shall provide one hundred eighty six (186) Forensic V8 Processor Certs and two hundred sixty seven (267) Forensic V8 Forensic Certs. The contractor will also agree to provide additional CodeMeters if required to support the 120 DFEs and CCIs on the site license. The procurement is for the renewal of the current single site license. The contractor shall provide support upgrades, patches and 24/7 technical support. The contractor shall provide diagnosis of system problems and continuous problem resolution by phone, e-mail, or online assistance, providing both responsive and proactive services that will allow operational efficiency. Please see attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Please be advised that the attached DRAFT SOW is subject to change. RFI Submission Guidelines: Responses to this RFI shall not exceed five (5) pages, including the cover letter. Subject response must contain at a minimum: (1) Basic overview of company to include Company Name, Company Point of Contact (name, phone number, and email address), Company location, Cage Code, DUNS Number, associated NAICS Codes, and Socioeconomic Status, (2) Capability Statement sufficient to demonstrate performance acumen directly related to the performance of the requirement as specified in the attached DRAFT SOW; (3) citation of any current, or past customers (i.e. within the past three (3) years) to include contract number and point of contact (name, phone number, and email address); (4) Please provide a list of all current IDIQ or FSS contracts and confirmation that an order can be accepted and completed concurrently. (5) Provide other material relevant to establishing core competencies of the firm. RFI submission instructions: Responses are due no later than 18 April 2018 at 10:00 AM EST.
