Description

This will be a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Acquisitions for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This solicitation will be FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 511210 with an industry size standard of $38.5 million and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7030. Contractor must be registered and active in www.SAM.gov prior to submission of quotes. The request for quotation will be issued in approximately 15 days.
