Description

12. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Ltd. (MBA) of Higher Denham, United Kingdom to procure Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seat (NACES) front seat brackets in support of the Digital Inline Timer (DIT) Engineering Change Proposal to be implemented on F/A-18, EA-18G, and T-45 NACES. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
