- The Department of Veterans Affairs West Texas Veterans Health Care System in Big Springs is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Steris Caviwave Ultrasonic Cleaners through the Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas. The government intends to make a contract award to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable vendor that can provide the required items in accordance to the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation for quotes.
