- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on 10 April 2019. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. The base period of performance will be for 5 months commencing on 30 April 2019 through 30 September 2019 with four (4) one-year option periods. The PSC Code is U012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with the size standard of 15 million dollars. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Web-Based Training to support Airfield Management/Airfield Specialist personnel for nine installations for Naval Region Southeast. In accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). Web- based training must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through any web-enabled device. The designated Air Operations Department are located at the following installations: NAS Jacksonville, NAS Key West, NAS Mayport, NAS Kingsville, NAS Pensacola, NAS Guantanamo Bay, NAS Meridian, NAS Corpus Christi, and NAS Whiting Field. The solicitation will be available on 10 April 2019 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at http://neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS Website at https://www.fbo.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. ONLY email requests for clarifications to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLCJAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation and award process.
