Description

The National Park Service issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on April 8, 2019 under the terms described in the RFQ. The new competitive leasing opportunity is to rehabilitate and operate a historic waterfront boat shop, lounge, event space, and marina at Fort Baker within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The RFQ and related information may be obtained electronically at the NPS website here: https://www.nps.gov/goga/getinvolved/fortbakerrfq.htm In order to provide interested parties an opportunity to visit the facilities, the NPS will host a one day pre-submittal conference and site tour on April 16, 2019. Interested parties must RSVP to Christopher Fryday at the email address below. Questions related to the prospectus must be received in writing via email by April 26, 2019 to Christopher Fryday at the email address below. Interested parties are encouraged to join the solicitation mailing list to be notified of any future modifications or correspondence by emailing Christopher Fryday, Financial Analyst, at chris_fryday@nps.gov. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday June 12, 2019.
