Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source purchase order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1). The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Manhattan campus Radiology Office, has a requirement for upgrading the current Mammography Reporting System (MRS) and maintaining the MRS Enhancement & Support Program. Resulting from a written solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order contract to MRS Systems, Inc., 19000 33rd Ave W Ste 130, Lynwood, WA 98036-4753. Award effective date will be April 15, 2019, for a period of twelve months, with four option years. Mammography Reporting System software is a proprietary program that is developed, sold, trained and supported by MRS Systems, Inc. There is no other vendor or company authorized to develop, customize, support, sell or train Mammography Reporting System program. All responsible sources may submit a quotation by April 11, 2019 at 12:00PM EDT, which shall be considered by the agency, by emailing the Contracting Officer, Brad Mills, listed below. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
