- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for a Simplified Acquisition Task Order (VAST), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for minor construction at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System located in North Little Rock, AR, 72114. Each construction project will be awarded by an individual task order issued against the basic contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The contract requires a 1- hour response time during normal business hours to receive work reports and provide other engineering management services needed to accomplish individual jobs. The jobs may include tasks in a variety of trades such as, but not limited to, carpentry, excavation, road repair/replacement, sidewalk repair/replacement, exterior electrical work, irrigation and water piping, drainage piping, sewage piping, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete and masonry, granite repair/replacement, welding and mechanical. A performance completion period shall be determined by the individual task orders and their associated Statement of Work. Taskings may require contractor to perform multiple task simultaneously. The dollar magnitude for this IDIQ is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The individual task orders dollar magnitude will range between $2,000.00 and $500,000.00. The applied NAICS is 236220 and size standard is $36.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov ) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov ), along with Vets 100 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html in order to submit offers and be eligible for award. All offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database, available in VETBIZ at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from vendor portal and acknowledging all amendments to the solicitation. Amendments to the solicitation may be electronically sent or posted at the vendor portal website. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Solicitation issuance is anticipated to post on or about May 15, 2019 with a tentative site visit around 5/22/2019. Tentative Bid Opening is projected to occur on or about June 17, 2019.
