- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #558-15-152 Upgrade Outside Air & Exhaust Fans Phase II The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing materials, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Upgrade Outside Air and Exhaust Fans, Project 558-15-152 as required by drawings and specifications for the Durham VA Medical Center (DVAMC), 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS CODE: 236220 SIZE STANDARD: $36.5M The work includes demolition, removal of existing materials, construction, and alternations necessary to replace and upgrade Exhaust Fans. Project shall include phase replacement to lessen impact to the medical center. Work shall be in accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Minimum 1-year warranty following acceptance by the VA. This solicitation is anticipated to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about 24 December 2018. Any specifications, drawings, and amendments will be posted on this website. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. No offerors list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to obtain access in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps).
