Description

The following amendment is to list changes in the SOW, and to show the attendees of the recent site visit. 1) Attendance a) USACE - Lex Barker, Frank Lewandowski, Kelly Maccarone, Weston Cross, Paul Farrell, Ryan Lenihan, Ken Mackay, Mitchell Hares, Andrew Hunter, Tom LaVean, Michael Draganac b) Contractors - Travis Lake (Ryba Marine), Matt Lando (Update Construction), and Royce Harrell (James T. O'Hara) 2) Review plans with potential contractors a) Design noted the base reach and the two options, as well as noting that this contract is in addition to work done last year. 3) Contractor questions a) Paragraph 2.5.1 Armor Stone table - change (Feet) to (Tons) under W underscore 50 in the table b) Ryba Marine submitted three questions on Thursday, 28 MAR 19. (these questions should be answered by the attachment to correct the original SOW. c) Per contracting, all contractor questions are due on Monday, 08 APR 19 4) Bid opening date a) The project manager noted the bid opening date is Tuesday, 23 APR @ 1500 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-APR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
