Service: Janitorial for Cosumnes River Preserve (CRP) 5 Years: 1 Base Year Plus 4 Option Years ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ The Contractor will provide janitorial services at the U.S Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Cosumnes River Preserve (CRP) in Galt, CA. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract, 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option Years.
