Description: This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) - FAR 16, sole source (including brand name) acquisitions, to Strategic Cyber LLC, 1875 Connectuticut Ave NW, Washington DC, 20009 to procure Cobalt Strike software. The contractor will be responsible providing full support of the design, coding, configuration, and final user licenses. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
