- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure the following items on a brand name or equal basis for: one (1) each Spectrometer-ICAP/ICP-OES per specifications provided in the RFQ; one (1) each, Water Recirculation for ICAP; one (1) each Autosampler for ICAP; one (1) each Data Station for ICAP; and, one (1) each HF Kit for ICAP. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 1 3. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515. This requirement is solicited Full and Open Competition so any size business concern can submit offers. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Trident Refit Facility (PSNS & TRF), Bremerton, WA. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the FBO website for any amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the solicitation document posted to FBO.gov, to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM219Q1337. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 02 Apr 2019. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 16 Apr 2019 at 2 :00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the FBO website at http://www.fed b i zopp s. gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
