Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement NCO 16, Division II Supply Team, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, Shreveport, LA is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.5 for the Purchase Surgical Lights and Booms for Five Operating Rooms. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 339113, Medical and Surgical Appliance Equipment Manufacturing. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must have active SDVOSB registration in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. In order to qualify for award, firms must be the OEM of the item quoted or provide in writing from the OEM authorization to distribute the OEM s equipment. A Site Visit will occur on Saturday, 27 April at 9:00am Central Time at the Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 E. Stoner Ave., Shreveport, LA in the main Medical Center building, room 3W18. Interested vendors should attend to submit questions to assist in developing their quotes. This RFQ closes on 13 May 2019 at 0800 Central Time.
