Description

This procurement is set-aside for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) in accordance with 25 USC 47, Buy Indian Act, with preference to be given to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). The Indian Health Service (IHS), Western Oregon Service Unit (WOSU), has a requirement for 4/EA - Dexis Platinum Digital X-ray Sensors, including sensor, all accessories, 1-year DEXcare SLA, Mfr: KAVO, Part #1.011.8417. The Justification and Approval is for Brand Name Only. The KAVO Dexis Platinum Digital X-ray Sensor must coordinate, connect and interface with the existing Dentrix Dental EDR. This procurement is for direct patient care. The deliver to address is the Western Oregon Service Unit - Chemawa Indian Health Center, 3750 Chemawa Road NE, Salem, Oregon, 97305-1119. The resultant contract will be a Firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
