This is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26219Q0532 The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System, San Diego, CA 92161 has a requirement for BRAND NAME ONLY PURE CLEAR SCOPES. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, Warehouse building 1, San Diego, CA 92161. 1. Shipping included in cost. 2. Include your DUNS number on your proposal 3. Include solicitation #36C26219Q0532 and title Pure Clear Scopes on ALL correspondence. 4. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on Tuesday, April 02, 2019 at 11:00 AM PST. Requirements The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide PURE CLEAR T DIGITAL INSPECTION SCOPES AND FLEXIBLE MOUNTS that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with BRAND NAME ONLY for the VA San Diego Healthcare System: ITEM 1: (6)EACH CD2-1100 PureClearT Digital Inspection Scopes inspect channels for debris and damage, and create a photo & video documented visual inspection protocol. Channels, connection ports, distal tips, and spaces behind elevator channels on any reusable device can be inspected. PureClearT Digital Inspection Scope, Digital Video, OD 1.99mm, Length 110 cm ITEM 2: (6)EACH CD2-1100 - Flexible Device Mount (3pc Set) for PureClearT Inspection Scopes. Includes flexible arm, manfrotto; nano clamp, manfrotto; super clamp, manfrotto. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Small Business Programs, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112 Size Standard 1000 Employees. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract begins on the date of award. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Tuesday, April 02, 2019 at 11:00 AM PST.
