Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland intends to award a sole source, cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 entitled "Only one responsible source". The requiring activity is NAVSEA Headquarters (HQ), SEA 04RP, Navy Modernization Program (NMP). This contract will be awarded to Greystones Consulting Group, 100 M ST, SE, Washington, DC, to provide SEA04RP with professional support services to include: program and business management support, NDE-user training, NDE program sustainment and modules' interrelationships, Decision Boards (DBs) facilitation and coordination, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services, documents and policy revision support, and higher leveled (Tiers 2 and 3) Help Desk Services. Specifically, the contractor shall provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain current NMP policy documents, sustain and upgrade NDE, facilitate SCD voting, administer NMP Boards, produce NMP metrics, produce budget exhibits and financial reports, evaluate Quality Management Systems, provide NMP classroom training, and maintain the NMP website.
