Description

Pre-solicitation Statement of Work Update: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Afghanistan District (TAA) has a requirement for the design and construction of new barracks and support facilities in accordance with (IAW) the Afghan National Defense Security Forces (ANDSF) Construction Standard Designs for the Afghanistan Theatre of Operations. The business goal of the acquisition is to procure the design and construction of barracks and support facilities, which shall house 850+ troops that will consist of the following facilities: Base Facilities: • Enlisted barracks five (5) Standard Design B10, Enlisted Barracks • Non-commission officer (NCO) barracks two (2) standard design B04, NCO Barracks • Officer barracks one (1) standard design BO3, Officer Barracks • Storage building one (1) standard design S01, Battalion Storage Building • Latrine building three (3) standard design LO2 • Laundry building four (4) standard design MS02 • Small arms storage three (3) standard design S03 • Headquarters building one (1) standard design AD04 • Administration building one (1) standard design AD09 • Dining facility (DFAC) one (1) standard design D02 • Guard Towers six (6) standard design • Motor pool area with wash rack (VM08), vehicle maintenance (VM02), petroleum oil lubrication (POL - VM06), fuel storage and vehicle refueling point (one standard design - V03) • Electrical power generation distribution facility, to include two generators and fuel tanks (one standard design) • Other facilities (e.g., water tank and waste water treatment facility capable of treating 2,000 troop compound) • Site development (e.g., roads, parking, sidewalks, fencing, and site lighting) • FFE Package - 1 Option 1 Facilities: NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
