Solicitation documents will be available on or about April 15th, 2019. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit will be planned as part of the solicitation in Building 209 conference room located at 3230 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, CA. 95652. Please confirm exact location, date, and time in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. The rest of the original solicitation remains the same.
