Description
Expression of Interest Sought: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN Healthcare System is seeking to lease approximately 1625 to 1950 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet of clinic space and a minimum of 10 on-site parking spaces (of which, 2 each are handicapped). This space shall be used as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Marion, Virginia area. The space shall be available for use by Tenant (VA) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment to meet the needs for a CBOC. Space design will provide maximum co-location of the staff providing services to our patients. The space shall be of contiguous office space in a Class A Building. Space offered must be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. Space shall be located in a prime commercial office space with attractive, professional surroundings. Streets and public walkways shall be well maintained. As part of this space requirement, the Government will require use of part of the building roof for the installation of antenna(s). Office space must comply with all Government requirements for fire safety, seismic sand sustainability standards, and ADA code requirements per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within Washington County and the following area described below, which is bound by the following roads, or must front on any of the following boundary lines: North boundary: BF Buchanan Hwy South boundary: S. Church St. East boundary: Lee Hwy West boundary: North Main St. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the Leasing Contract Specialist by 3:00 PM Central Time, Wednesday, April 19, 2019 via email or mail and must include the following information: Building name, address and location of the available space Amount of offered space in ABOA and Rental Square Feet (RSF) along with the conversion rate Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property Amount of parking available on-site Leasing Contract Specialist: Teresa Rogofsky 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400 Murfreesboro, TN 37129 Email: Teresa.rogofsky@va.gov The Government is limited by law (40USC 278a, as Amended (10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
