This announcement constitutes the only presolicitation; The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, a small business size standard of $7.5M. The proposed upgrade will combine all phases of the proposed equipment upgrade into a seamless, scalable, state-of-the-art system. The central core unit (CCU) shall be interfaced so as to control all aspects of the system from a single location through backroom equipment that allows for future expansion. At a minimum, the design shall include the following: 1. Replace the current ceiling mounted projectors (2 ea.) to increase clarity and sharpness, including data, video, and streaming imagery using latest technology. Completion of the VTC shall relinquish control of the audio system and return it to its former state. The audio equipment must be able to be controlled with, or independent of, the Central Control Unit (CCU). 4. Expand the current capability of the TV tuner capabilities beyond the current 5 TV tuners. Presently the TV tuners can only be adjusted through the CCU, however it is the desire that the current cable TV capability be extended to all TV's (also referred to as peripherals, or outputs) within the building as well as accessible through the CCU. 6. Any software or firmware applications used or designed to control any and all aspects of the proposed system shall become property of the customer so as to give qualified personnel access to necessary changes as it applies to expansion of the system. This is to include, but not be limited to, adding access for future peripherals and changing digital labeling represented on the CCU for easy identification of system components 7.
