- Title: Northern California Area Office Trinity River Fish Hatchery Operation and Maintenance Abbreviated Title: NCAO Trinity River Fish Hatchery O&M The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), Mid-Pacific Region intends to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed priced service contract with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA for the operation and maintenance of the Bureau of Reclamation Trinity Fish Hatchery facility under the authority 14 U.S.C 1901 (FAR 13.501), only one responsible source using simplified acquisition procedures. State of California regulations will not permit any other entity other than CDFW to operate this fish hatchery, which is a publicly owned facility. Determination to solicit from a single source has been prepared and approved at the appropriate level. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitations documents are available at this time and telephone requests will not be honored. Firms believing, they can provide this service above must provide written notification by Monday, March 25, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses received within the due date of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer listed below and shall include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number. Firms shall identify their business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541990 which is $15.0 million.
