- This solicitation will contain NSN 1615-01-148-6311, Liner, Rotary, Wing. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-19-R-0393, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract. The minimum order quantity will be 162 EA with a maximum order quantity of 648 EA, per order. The estimated annual demand is 648 EA. A one year base with four one-year option periods will be solicited. Export Control Applies. This is a Navy CSI part. Only the approved sources will be considered for award.
