- MODIFICATION 2 Updates Q & A __________________________________________________________________ MODIFICATION 1 Updates SOW and attaches additional pictures, Q&A and drawings. Also extends the RFQ due date to 03/14 at 4pm MST. Some questions have still not been responded to from the technical group so an additional amendment will be done once those responses have been received. __________________________________________________________________ (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
