Description

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Fleet and Family Readiness (N92) Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System Training and Program Development. The primary goal of the development and distribution of the Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) is to provide the Navy with a "best in class" fitness training resource, and offer physical training guidance to Sailors that builds resiliency and durability. The NOFFS presents safe and effective methods to perform physical training and how to make healthy nutritional choices in shore-based and operational environments. SCOPE : The objective is to develop specific and comprehensive fitness programs that are delivered by trained MWR fitness professionals. This will include program design, training design and staff training. Questions are due to the KO no later than March 28, 2019 COB. Proposal Due date is no later than April 10, 2019 1600 hours EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
