Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a maintenance agreement for commercial brand name NX Software prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachment constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N4680419T0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This requirement is full and open competition. NAICS: 511210 Requirement: Maintenance renewal support for Siemens NX software for one year. Period of performance 01 April 2019 through 31 March 2020. Acceptable quote responses only from contractors who are authorized by the manufacture of the Siemens NX software to provide maintenance support. Please see attached Justification and Approval (J&A).
