- This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Division of Administrative Services (DAS) for non-persona administrative services. The Government intends to award using a best value trade-off method per FAR 15 in accordance with Section L and M of this RFP. This requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract which will allow for Labor-Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price task orders. This is a 100% small business 8(a) set-aside, NAICS 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The small business size standard is $35.5 million.
