Description

This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 and is not a request for quote (RFQ). RFQ number 70Z03819QH0000050 is assigned for tracking purposes only. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award one (1) order with firm-fixed prices to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Leonardo MW Ltd, of Edinburgh, UK on a sole source basis for test, teardown, evaluation and repair of one (1) each 7500E Scanner Antenna, P/N 3985-43020 and three (3) each 7500E Radar Displays, P/N G0056121. These components are determined to be commercial items IAW FAR 2.101 and are used on the Coast Guard's HC-130H aircraft. Period of Performance will begin at award through delivery. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
