- Description
- This is a sources sought notice to determine the availability of potential sources capable of providing a software analytical program. The Prioritization and Decision tool shall utilize Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) Decision Methodology. It is intended to solicit this follow-on requirement on a brand name or equal basis. The recommended brand name is Decision Lens Wed Software. Specific Software Capabilities/Salient Characteristics are as follows: (see attached PWS) Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) Ranks, scores and prioritizes alternatives based on established criteria. Data Connectivity Multiple Participant Collaboration Resource Allocation Apply an integrated resource optimization of different asset types, develop and archive multiple funding scenarios together with the resulting portfolio allocations, and features, which allow for enhanced sensitivity analysis to test budget and planning assumptions. Allow individual decision participation (no restrictions) ie. Distributed Voting. Access to excel reports which are fully formatted and capture all relevant data at each step of the decision process. SIPR availability The period of performance for this follow-on is 04 June 2019 through 03 June 2020. It is anticipated that this follow-on will contain four twelve-month option periods. A Top Secret Clearance is required. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The Government intends to use the policies contained in FAR 13.5 or FAR 8 (GSA), in its resultant contract or delivery order for the product described herein. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334614 and the size standard is 1250 employees Interested sources shall identify their capabilities and how their equal product meets the requirements of the PWS. The interested source shall provide a breakdown showing all the specifications for the proposed equal product. Negative responses are also required.
