Description

THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION, A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. NO SPECIFICATIONS OR DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite ­ Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). This procurement is set-aside for eligible 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Baltimore District Office, the SBA Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, and the SBA Richmond District Office. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code that applies to this acquisition is 236220 “ with the annual size standard of $36.5M. The anticipated solicitation is expected to be posted to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) at https://www.neco.navy.mil and Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov websites, in or around March, April 2019 The anticipated contract will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, and four (4) option periods. Each option period is 12 months, and may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract performance period which includes the base period and 4 option periods, is sixty (60) months, Specific delivery or performance periods shall be specified in the individual issued delivery/task orders. The contract ™s estimated range is more than $10,000,000. The solicitation will result in one (1) contract, and will be awarded to the Best Value Offeror.
