- This pre-solicitation synopsis announces the intent of the Agency to award a sole source contract to Abbott, Informatics Corporation to bridge the time period between when the current contract expires and the Agency is able to competitively award a new 5 year contract. Parties interested in the solicitation for the competitive award that will follow this sole source acquisition may contact the Contract Support Specialist to be placed on a list of interested parties. Vendors on this list will be provided notice of the solicitation for the competitive acquisition at such time as it becomes published. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2019).
